I am a ceramic artist who works with unique pieces for collectors, private homes and official places.

During the last 7 years my main interest has been handbuilt cylinder shaped vessels. That I have developed mainly by using different glazing tecniques with different and multiple layers of glazes and slip. You can find out more about this on my website www.gunillamariaakesson.se

Om Mig - About Me

I am a Ceramic artist who works with unique objects in ceramics for exhibitions, official commissions and private homes.
My main interests in creating these objects are the feeling of eternity in using the cylinder shaped form that has always existed during the history of mankind. For me the vessel become a blank sheet were I can tell my stories to express myself.
