Så har jag börjat få resultat av mina senaste cylindrar. “Shelter” handbyggda och handmodellerade i högbränt lergods, större och lika tunna som tidigare.

Min förståelse runt mitt arbete förändras och klarnar hela tiden, här är mina sista anteckningar runt mitt arbete:
De De fyra viktigaste delarna i min arbetsprocess är tiden, hantverket, känslan och cylindern.
Den långsamma rytmen i hantverkets
repeterande, meditativa arbete, skapar rum för kontakt med känslan som jag
sedan uttrycker inom ramen för cylindern som form. Känslor förändras hela tiden
och det gör även mitt arbete, därför är cylindern och hantverket viktigt för
mig att hålla mig till, det ger mig ett fokus och begränsat utrymme men
samtidigt en frihet och glädje. Att undersöka, lära känna och transformera både
känslan i mig själv och mitt uttryck.

My understanding about my work are continuously changing and becomes more and more clear. Here are my last thoughts about my work.
The four most
important parts of my working process by now are time, craft, emotions and the
cylinder.
The slow ryhtm in the repetitive and meditative time I use during my
work. Creates the space where I get in contact with that feeling I express
within the frame of the cylinder as a form. Emotions contniuosly changes and so do my work. Therefore the frame of
the cylinder and the work of craft becomes very important to me. It gives me a focus
and the limits. In the same time it also give me the freedom and joy to look
into, learn to accept and transform those feelings and my work.
